TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.One day delivery is not available before weekly offs & public holidays.
2.Urgent delivery of garments will be charged extra.
3.Offers and discount will not be applicable in case of urgent delivery or delivery required before normal delivery timeline.
4.Please make sure there is nothing left in Any of the pockets.
5.We do not be responsible for any losses/ damage under such circumstances.
6.We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
7.Every effort is made to remove stains, but we will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.
8.In case, garments / home linen gets damaged in the process, we may consider payments of the compensation, which will be limited to 10 times of the service charge
9.Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
10.All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained
11.No compensation will be paid by cash/online payment system.
12.While we try to meet our interactive delivery timeline, we can’t guarantee the same due to factors beyond our control.
13.Please note that we will not be responsible if the garments are not collected within days from the date of scheduled delivery.
14.We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
15.The tariff of designer wear will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments.
16.We will undertake the cleaning process of designer wear based on the recommendations / suggestions given by the designer, provided our technology supports the same.
17.We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
18.All the legal matters to be settled under Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
